“Many believe that voice healing will be the most powerful remedy of the new millennium, and scientific research is validating the therapeutic impact of the pure, resonant human voice.” - Shirlie Roden

Music therapy

What is music therapy really like? And why does it work?

We play music, listen to it, and create it! Music becomes a tool for our personal growth. We use our own voice or instrument, simple percussion tools, our favorite songs — even movement or painting — to express ourselves.

Why is it good? Because it's all about you. It supports the relaxation and development of body, mind, and soul. With the rich toolkit of music, we can discover new ways to face the challenges in our lives — gently, creatively, and playfully.
